Can you really call Capitalism a perfect system when no matter what…?

there is still a massive majority in near poverty due to how it operates?

I’m not even saying Communism or Socialism better, but isn’t it perhaps time to rethink things, and see if we can have a system where no one is punished due to where they’re born or what they’re born into?

Okay it sounds pretty impossible, but this is main flaw of Capitalism, no matter how many end up winning, more lose, it’s a system that favours class above all.

I just want some actual genuine thoughts, and as I said the other systems aren’t much better.
My problem is people rely on a broken system and accept it, it’s ludicrous.

Capitalism, in all of its variants, rules the economic exchanges of men and always will.

Even the Soviet State could not escape this reality. State capitalism is still yet capitalism with similar results.

Capitalism is not "free" anywhere, even in the use. Our economy is blended and it always has been to various degrees.

Can your think of any "system" that will reform the character of man? Isn’t that really the issue?

is democracy a perfect system of government ? if not , is there any ?

Winston Churchill once said "Many forms of Government have been tried and will be tried in this world of sin and woe. No one pretends that democracy is perfect or all-wise. Indeed, it has been said that democracy is the worst form of government except all those other forms that have been tried from time to time." basically he’s saying that no system is perfect and that democracy is to put it simply the best of a bad bunch and I agree with him. I’ll give some examples of the failings of other government types. communism is bad because everyone is supposed to be equal but the leaders always use this system for personal gain a quote from the anti communist book animal farm states "all animals are equal but some animals are more equal than others" replace animals with people and you have the real communism. Facism has racist policies that encourage the thinking that there is a superior race e.g Nazi aryan ideas. Monarchism where there is 1 ruler is suceptable to corruption, injustice, oppression and it is used by a ruler for personal gain. Democracy makes a government which can often be weak and unable to make quick decisions this can prove to be the difference between survival and total destruction in war and other crisises. It also leads to beauracracy which leads to inneficiancy in government and red tape which impedes emergency services etc from doing their jobs. Also it can lead to extreme parties taking power (hitler was elected in a democratic system of proportional representation and look what happened). Also does everyone in a society really know enough about politics to vote and decide the future of a country?

There has not been and never will be a perfect form of government. It is however not really the systems that are flawed but man himself. Human nature will always stand in the way of a perfect form of government and society. But this is not a bad thing as differences in oppinion are an esential part of humanity and the world would truly be a worse place without it.

Quotes by Ben Franklin on perfect government…?

In History class, I must write an essay on American government and good government as a whole. In my graded rough draft, I stated that "there is no perfect system of government." To this, my teacher wrote to quote Franklin. I’m having difficulty finding a relevant quote. I would greatly appreciate it if I could have some help in finding one.

The only two quotes supposed to be his about government/governance I can find are:

"We must indeed all hang together, or, most assuredly, we shall all hang separately." (at the signing of the declaration of Independence, July 4, 1776 – but possibly not the first to say this)

"There never was a good war, or a bad peace." (Letter to Josiah Quincy, September 11, 1783, in Works, 1882, Volume 10)

How is the Solar System so Perfect?

Its perfect for EARTH i mean.. The sun is just exactly far enough to keep the earth warm. Theres moon so we can have seasons. and theres jupiter for blocking some comets.. It’s so weird to think about it. And i dont know why does Nasa waste theyre time on looking for new earth-like planets.. Even if they find one they can never reach it and it will always be a mystery..just like anything else in the space..

Perfect?
UV = skin cancer
O2 = oxidative aging
tectonics = earth quakes & tsunamis
axial tilt = seasons ← anybody who believes seasons are "good" needs to go to the tropics where the seasonal variations are minimal and then visit northern Norway. Wow.

Why my surround system is not working?

I have LG Surround System 5.1 and I downloaded Transformers 3 on USB and connect USB to the receiver. I open the movie and my rear speakers doesn’t work. I already test them with music and everything works perfect. Maybe I need to turn on rear speakers somehow?
I also read in the manual that I can’t adjust sound mode and virtual sound (VSM) during the DivX file playing.

To have surround sound the audio has to have a Dolby Digital or DTS. If the system does not have encoder during your download you are not going to have any surround sound. The recorder and the player much have either to have the surround sound. Hope this will help you out.

Is Capitalism the "Near Perfect" Economic System since it mimics nature?

Humans and all social animals have had a pecking order since day one, the product of millions of years of evolution…

It has proven itself time and time again in the form of successful species…

Then, the Liberal appears, an unwanted by product of Capitalism and threatens to destroy everything by elevating those at the bottom by artificial and unnatural means…

There is a definite reason that Liberals and Democrats hover near the bottom and evolution proves it…

Is keeping Liberals in check the solution to making Capitalism truly perfect, and "THE KEY to long term human happiness and survival?

.

Capitalism is the best alternative, that is for sure. None of the experiments in socialism or communism, or any other sort of centrally-planned collectivism have ever lasted more than about 70 years (USSR holds the record). Yes, the left all brags about how great places like Sweden and Norway are, with their socialism…but lets not forget a few things here : They are really mixed economies, not purely socialistic…they have only practiced these ways for about 30 or so years…they have tons of natural resources…and they have low, non-diverse populations. It will still be interesting to see how long even they can last. I am guessing they won’t last more than 20 more years or so before they have to change their ways. Sweden, for example, is already experiencing massive problems with large influxes of immigrants from the Middle East, sucking off of their social programs…we will see where this goes, and I am guessing nowhere good.

Is Democracy a perfect system of Government?

Capitalists are looting ordinary people and the Governments particularly in Democratic nations ignore them. This is because in every Democracy there are elections and there are political parties. To run the party they need lots of money. No party can hold thousands of Party Workers together without having enough money to provide for food, transport, telephone and internet services. No Party Worker does Party’s work by spending his/her own money. Nobody brings his/her own food, pay for gas and telephone. Also a Political Party must have an Office, some full time employees, Vehicles for transport. Some Parties have their own Aeroplanes. They have to pay rent and salaries. They have to pay for gas, pilot’s salary, repairs and maintenance of their vehicles and property. Where all this money comes from. Of course from Capitalist Donors. In turn when these people get elected they allow Capitalists to make more and more money. Capitalists take advantage of this and they empty our pockets. They loot ordinary people like you and me. And when Government wants to do something for our benefits, it asks us to pay taxes for that. This is one of the drawbacks of Democracy. No political system in this world is perfect.

Democracy is not a perfect system of Government. You know that from your total earnings after paying taxes whatever remains 80% of that is taken away by Banks(Mortgage), Insurance Companies, Maintenance, Gas and Service Providers (Phone, Internet etc.) You are paying taxes on each and every purchase even at Dollar Store for $1 purchase and for buying a Burger too. There are many countries in this world where you pay no tax on food. Your income is Tax Free up to a certain amount. You pay no tax up to a certain amount of purchases. And Mortgage, Insurance, Gas etc. is less than 50% of your net income. In many countries people don’t pay for parking accept when it is a paid parking. Don’t you realize that rich people are legally looting you and Government is supporting them to get Election Funds? To keep you distracted from your problems they show you American Idol, Fear Factor, Who Will Be A Millionaire or shows like Just For A Laugh.
You can’t avoid paying taxes but big Corporations manage to avoid tax payments worth billions of dollars and Government ignores them.
Some stupid people don’t understand what I mean. It is not about getting a job and getting employed. It is about how they legally take out most of your income for which you work hard. Do you think that we work for paying bills and mortgages only? Shouldn’t we be left with enough money for ourselves and for our families?
Don’t you think that It is a time to wake-up now?

Solve the system of x^(log y) + (y^(log x))^(1/2) = 10 and x.y =1000?

1). Solve the system of x^(log y) + (y^(log x))^(1/2) = 10 and x.y =1000
2). Prove that if a + (b/a) – (1/b) is integer, then it is a perfect square, where a, b element of N

1) x^(log y) + (y^(log x))^(1/2) = 10,
xy = 1000

Let’s use identity 10^(log a) = a, here logarithm is with a base 10, in the first equation:

10^[log(x^(logy))] + {10^[log(y^(log x))]}^(1/2) = 10

10^(logy * logx) + {10^(logx * logy)}^(1/2) = 10

10^(logy * logx) + 10^(logx * logy/2) – 10 = 0

Substitution t = 10^(logx * logy/2) (t > 0) , equation becomes

t² + t – 10 = 0
D = 1 + 40 = 41

t1 = ( – 1 + √41)/2
t2 = ( – 1 – √41)/2 < 0 rejected

So 10^(logx * logy/2) = (√41 – 1)/2 or to look shorter set (√41 – 1)/2 = T

10^(logx * logy/2) = T

take logarithm of both sides
log(10^(logx * logy/2)) = logT

logx *logy /2 = logT
logx * logy = 2logT

Now we have system of equations
logx * logy = 2logT
xy = 1000

logx * logy = 2logT
y = 1000/x

logx * log(1000/x) = 2logT

logx * (3 – logx) = 2logT

3logx – log²x – 2logT = 0

log²x – 3logx + 2logT = 0

Set logx = X

X² – 3X + 2logT = 0

D = 9 – 8logT

X1 = (3 – √(9 – 8logT))/2 ===> x1 = 10^X1 = 10^[(3 - √(9 - 8logT))/2]

X2 = (3 + √(9 – 8logT))/2 ===> x2 = 10^X2 = 10^[(3 + √(9 - 8logT))/2]

Ultimately
y1 = 1000/x1 = 10^[(3 + √(9 - 8logT))/2]

y2 = 1000/x2 = 10^[(3 - √(9 - 8logT))/2].

So, the solutions are
x1 = 10^[(3 - √(9 - 8logT))/2] ; y1 = 10^[(3 + √(9 - 8logT))/2] and

x2 = 10^[(3 + √(9 - 8logT))/2] ; y2 = 10^[(3 - √(9 - 8logT))/2],

where T = (√41 – 1)/2.

The values approximately
(476; 2.1) and (2.1; 476).

Looking for a picture of the solar system without the planets in perfect circular orbits, in real orbits?

I’ve seen all the typical circular orbit pictures online, I want to see the real orbits of all the planets in our solar system. I know the planets are not in perfect alignment as the typical pictures suggest. Some planets may be farther down in the X, Y, or Z axis and I want to see them like that.

The problem with diagrams of the solar system is scale. You can’t scale the planets and the orbits the same because you then either can’t get the orbits on a single page or else the planets are too small to be seen. If you scale the orbits, the separations between the outer planet orbits are such that the inner planets are all crammed into a very small space in the middle. The pictures you have seen are accurate as far as the limitations I just described allow.
