I started listening …
I started listening to Tool at 14, and at first I took their songs/lyrics at face value, but as I learned more about them, I learned you can NEVER do that. I’m 16 now and I do “soak it in” as you say.

That was the best explanation of the new worlds order that I have ever heard cuz I think that more and more people these days are psychotic and want many bad things to happen-like that guy in north korea-but to what end? Some people say destroying the earth is the answer but It’s not. We can turn the world around without going backwards. If anyone knows of the Fibonacci Sequence than we can spiral into a greater future without fear and without so many rules to live by.

There’s no winning this argument. One side says we need to do it to survive, the other says we shouldn’t survive at all if survival is the new destruction. All I’m saying is that peace is a relative term. This world was born out of Chaos and will end in Chaos. People will bicker with other people, because each of them thinks they are right. We have fought over religion, greed, or just wanting power. It’s human nature to look after oneself. Like I said, the world will end in Chaos.

I’m hoping we …
I’m hoping we aren’t too late.
I now take a shower once a week
Recycle like crazy.
I only use a car when I have to.
I’m trying to buy local.
I don’t know what’s going to happen, but I do know this was a cold summer and crops didn’t do so well and we are getting fires in the midwest. I sure hope self sufficient things happen fast.
Life will find a way, but will we find a way to go along with it?
