I am hoping to get my boyfriend a new sound system for his Acura. He loves the thing and I want to make him happy. But I want a great brand of speakers that will sound perfect and wont give him any problems. Im not looking for something to over prices but a decent amount for a gift. Any other accessories that would make it sounds better would be helpfull as well. As of right now he has one speaker working so anything would be an improvement but I want to impresses him. HELP!!!

I am looking into getting a 10" netbook, but wanted opinions from others. What do you recommend?

They look great, and seem perfect for using on a commuter train with wireless access. I just wanted to hear people’s experiences with them, and see what kind/brand is recommended.

I would use it to write with quite a bit, and it does raise concern with the smaller keyboard. Do you get used to this? I tried it out, and it seemed OK, I was occasionally hitting 2 keys at once though.

It seems like Dell and HP offer bigger keys than the Acer, which I read was otherwise a great system.

Overall, do you like them, what are the pros/cons, and which one would you recommend?
Guess I just wanted to add – if I am looking to use this not as my primary PC, but as something to write with and surf the web with on my commute and when out of the house, do you think I will be happy with the 10" mini, or will I probably wish I had paid a little more and gotten a more powerful 14" laptop or something?

Well from what I’ve seen The Eeepc is offered in a 10" Screen as well as the Aspire One. Personally I have the Aspire (8") and it is really great for bumping around the internet. As you I’m not using it as a primary pc but I will tell you in ways you could make it one.

I have a 5 and 6 year old, both girls, we currently have a VSmile and they both play it but my 6 year old is a bit to "mature" for it. My friends son has a DS and she plays that real well but i don’t know, that may be to much of a system for a 6year old, especially because i want her playing educational and G rated games only. I have seen the hand held VSMiles and i think that would be great for my 5 year old as she just barely turned 5 and she has a minor learning disability and she still struggles with some of the V Smile games but is getting the hang of it. Here is my problem, if i get them two different systmes my youngest one ALWAYS gets upset that her sister has a different one then she has. They both picked out MP3 players for their birthdays and each got a different one, and they both PICKED the ones they wanted, and of course in the end my youngest daughter was upset hers wasn’t the same. I don’t neccisrily want to get them the exact same things so i am going to "talk up" whatever system my youngest gets in the weeks prior to christmas so that she gets excited about the fact that that certain system would be "perfect for her because….." i just want to make sure i get the right things. You can get simple learning games for the DS as well, it is for the younger kids plus it has a touch screen that blows kids minds usually. But there’s tons of little girl games all over ebay, walmart, everywhere so you cant go wrong with a pink little DS, besides that theres not much of a market for and other brands the PSP is way to ahead of there age, so check into the V smile or the DS.

I want to sell my Playstation 2 and everything I have with it, but I am having trouble getting a price. Heres the Details:

I really want to live my life to the fullest! I really want to have a perfect body for a guy, have the right belief system and the perfect personality, be able to play music so well its like world class and stuff, be a great performer, graduate university with a good mark, and i just have so many goals I want to achieve. I’m 15 years old, and I feel like I’m old and such a late started (especially in music). I feel that I have no time to waste and to enjoy, as I have already enjoyed in the first 14 years of my life. I need to make the most of every second and know that I am working towards my dreams every second. As a result, I feel really overwhelemed and I just resort to the world of tv. Real world seems to scary. It seems like the harder I try, the worse it gets.

I’ve developed a "self improvement system" which consists of 24 notebooks, each with a different area. Like there would be a sports developement department, musical developement department, self improvement and personality developement, and lots of others. If someone is really willing to help, then I can send you my "map" of the whole system (im not kidding). I dont know what to do…i want to improve and make the most of every second, but I dont know how!! Anyone know any books that they can recommend?

Also, I don’t know what my focus should be at every moment of my life. I want to make the most and succeed of every situation and yet learn from every situation. What should I be thinking of all day?

Like I would need my school binder to be perfect, to have developed a whole system of learning for myself, I would need all the documents in my computer to be in perfect order, all my clothes to be folded perfectly. It is a very bad approach. If I feel that the work I have been dealing with won’t be perfect then I drop it off.

What hand held game system should i get for my little girls?

I gave my neice, who was 6 at the time, a DS for Christmas last year and she’s great with it. She caught on really fast and there’s plenty of G-rated games for her to play.

Ubuntu is a great operating system and I dont expect it to be perfect.. But I have found so many major bugs in Ubuntu almost every day. I mean windows and macs (especially windows) have numerous bugs but seems like ubuntu has 3x as many. For ex. it has had a Firefox sound bug for quite some time now which hasnt been fixed, and sometimes my windows start looking weird. why dont they fix them already….

Well ubuntu was made very quickly because windows stared with 95 all they had to do was update to 98 then 2000 then me then xp then vista it was all done over time!

It is the same with mac i mean the first mac that ever came out was not very good!

and this is the first thing Linux has every made so its not going to be perfect but in years to come it will just be like mac and windows!
