However, you should still be getting audio from your sub woofer. You should re-assign the sub woofer audio cable using your Realtek Control Panel. Perhaps swap with center or choose center/sub woofer, etc.

i’m afraid i’m usually a little too verbose for this forum, so, before i launch into my answer i’ll condense it into just one word: transparent. that’s what the ideal political system is like, i say ideal because i don’t believe in perfect, not when there are humans involved.

ok, now for the expanded version:

well, values and beliefs necessarily change over time and political systems will comprise core values and beliefs (at least those of the majority), so for starters you need people in leadership or strong advisory positions who are very well informed, leading scientists, leading economists, leading psychologists and members of the medical professions and so on, should have a good level of input when it comes to policy making. i don’t think you could say the ideal is marxism or that it’s socialism as they are understood today and work towards that. i think if you took the best of any of the major political ideologies (and we are definitely not including the lunatic fringes) and distilled them to their essence, you could make a success of any one them (even something approaching a utopian scenario) but you would never be able to achieve that without greater civic and political involvement and you’ll only get that through better (fairer) education systems.

in an ideal world, it wouldn’t be a handful of global commercial organisations which pull the strings on the world leaders’ stage. for instance, the corporate lobbyists in brussels outnumber and outspend public interest groups, those with power and the finances which go with power would behave a great deal more ethically – they would have to in a system which is totally transparent, i’m sure i have read somewhere (and if i find it i shall come back and reference it) that watched people are well behaved people (from a psychological and evolutionary point of view, it makes sense).

the drawback with this plan is that it won’t work unless people are paying attention, unless we are watching, unless we are interested (participating in the process, in other words). the level of apathy (to be witnessed at too many voting stations across the globe), the level of disillusionment, the feeling that nothing we do will make a difference to the corruption taking place along those upper echelons, these are things which need to be conquered (so, let us usher in a new age of progressive education) before anything remotely like progress on the ethical side of politics can even be thought about.

personally, i happen to be believe in democracy but as a political system it is just as open to corruption and manipulation as any other, so, i’m voting for a transparent democracy (many think we already have it but we really don’t).

The system is an RCA HDMI Receiver with DVD capability. I ran my own speaker cable and wired it into the provided speakers and woofer. The system is connected to an XBOX 360 – the owners often watch Netflix on this gaming system, and for the last couple of weeks, the audio has been cutting in and out when people are talking in movies. Just casual conversation gives the stereo problems. When there is music or intense action, the audio is perfect. I’ve re-done the wiring [nothing internal] and tinkered with the audio settings as much as I can without throwing in the towel.

Why is this happening with the dialogue? No wires are crossed and all is supposedly in check.

It may be that the center channel speaker is wired out of phase, try reversing the polatity for the center channel even if you think it was done correctly positive to negative and negative to positive see if that solves the problem, if that does not work it may be the center channel speaker try a different speaker if you can otherwise the processor unit itself may be defective…..

It sounds crude but you have to look at how much someone receives in services for the small amount 10% in taxes is to them. Someone earning $25,000 would be receiving a whole boatload of benefits yet 10% is only about $125/month in taxes (first $10k isn’t taxed). I don’t feel it unreasonable to expect them to at least contribute something to the system.

For our current system, I would also add on a temporary 2% tax that would go strictly towards paying off our debt. Along with that there would need to be some sort of provision that prevents future deficits and debt increases.

When it was clear the base for capitalist colonization and exploitation was going international, the decision was made to make America into a 3rd world economy. These economic problems aren’t an accident. FDR said theres no such thing as a "random event" in politics. If it happens, you can bet it was planned. Joeseph Kennedy said in the 1930′s that 50 men run the U.S. and thats a liberal estimate.

As the middle class is destroyed the plan is to cut the population by 4 billion using pandemics (engineered virus) and war. The wealthy elite will then have enough resources to sustain their families and a minimal working and service class for science, medical, entertainment, manufacturing. \

The Illumaniti fear the growing number of people who discuss this and the war for profit on the forum. This is why its being put on hold until they decide how to deal with "dissidents" in the near future. As you see technology is no problem for yahoo answers. Their story of too much use of comments is a lie. Since when does a news organization hope for fewer users? They will perfect a system to log comments and identify the dissidents in a computer base. Like the one used for phone calls (you conspiracy critics forget that already?) 200,000,000 americans had their phone calls logged..

Of course conservs brains are wired to reject science and reality if it is scary. And maybe its ok they bury heads in sand. Its no doubt too late to stop this trend toward State Capitalism and population deletion. It can only be delayed, theres no workable system to replace it without a concentration of absolute power in a few hands. How does that work for us now??

I’m not even saying Communism or Socialism better, but isn’t it perhaps time to rethink things, and see if we can have a system where no one is punished due to where they’re born or what they’re born into?

Okay it sounds pretty impossible, but this is main flaw of Capitalism, no matter how many end up winning, more lose, it’s a system that favours class above all.

I just want some actual genuine thoughts, and as I said the other systems aren’t much better.
My problem is people rely on a broken system and accept it, it’s ludicrous.

Capitalism, in all of its variants, rules the economic exchanges of men and always will.

Even the Soviet State could not escape this reality. State capitalism is still yet capitalism with similar results.

Capitalism is not "free" anywhere, even in the use. Our economy is blended and it always has been to various degrees.

There has not been and never will be a perfect form of government. It is however not really the systems that are flawed but man himself. Human nature will always stand in the way of a perfect form of government and society. But this is not a bad thing as differences in oppinion are an esential part of humanity and the world would truly be a worse place without it.
