What do you think of the society which created value system?

The perfect man is born out of the value system that we have created. The value system is patterned after the behavior of the great teachers of mankind who have done more harm than good. But every human being is unique
What society or culture has placed before us as the goal for all of us to reach and attain is the enemy .

Everything has got a value of its own. It may be positive or negative. Finally, it can be judged as true or false, just or unjust. Like in digital we have 0 or 1 only. Everything is decoded into 0s and 1s and processed in a computer. Like wise everything will be valued at some moment so that ultimately justice will be done to all. Truth will triumph by all means. Find out the most influential persons in human history and read the life of the first man. Even he has committed few mistakes bcos to err is human. Human beings are meant to live in a society or a group. We need a team spirit at all places. Suppose we are walking along the road and we see a big steel sharp object which can cause injury to others or car tyres. We immediately remove it and put it aside. This kind of spirit is team spirit. Like in a building, we have few bricks under the ground as foundation, few at the bottom , others in the middle and few on the top. Likewise human society will have people living at all levels. We cant have all the bricks at the same level and build a house. But we need to support each other in all possible ways. That is team spirit.

Politicians promise to establish and implement strategies to look after people’s interests that could ultimately translate into shaping value systems, but after they are elected into the office, they follow their own agenda that ultimately supports their own interests. Similar to a shopkeeper that sells his goods at discount prices during the first few weeks or months of operation but raises prices after it has attracted enough customers.

Unfortunately that is the nature of human beings to look after their own interests and that attitude is rolled up into the society. The society and its value system is nothing but the collection of individuals and their value system.

Great teachers that have done more harm than good are those without virtue. According to Socrates, virtue is not knowledge, and therefore it is not teachable. You either have it, or you don’t. And, unfortunately most of our teachers, as many of us, have more interests in the material world than the spiritual world.

The material world has always shaped our value system because of our primary needs, including physiological, safety, social, and self-esteem needs. The virtue and its spiritual world come into existence only after the basic needs are met and we enter the sate of self-realization. I believe most of us, including our politicians, great teachers and other influential people, get stuck in satisfying our basic needs, and do not make it to the top of the pyramid to enter self-realization. That is a problem for us as individuals that ultimately make up the society and its value system.
