HHO CELL 2.75 liters in 1 minute

HHO cell in a sealed cell design. Video three w/PWM. This is the ultimate design secret given to all of you here on youtube. The electrolyte is sodium hydroxide at 3 teaspoons per 1.2 liters of distilled water. Sodium hydroxide runs cooler, won’t eat your plates, runs clean, won’t turn colors, won’t color your plates, does not give off any harmful gasses, does not evaporate (just add more distilled water when needed). (Use distilled white vinegar to nuetralize sodium hydroxide in case you spill some on your skin, use gloves) This is a 10 cell unit that has the perfect 1.25-1.40 volt per cell hho production vs. amperage usage. This is the scientific target value in hho production. This is the smallest unit to produce this amount of hho. The electrolyte is completely encased within the electrical field to be ultra-efficient. The auto circulation/plumbing system is natural to the design of this hho generator and helps it to stay cool. This test is the third test/video after warm up. The electrolyte temperature is at 126 degrees in this test (and holding for 1/2 hr. total test time past video) and we are pulling 21 amps and producing 2.75 liters hho per minute. The first and second test/video’s are without PWM at 26 and 27 amps and the 3rd, this video is 2.75 liters per minute at 21 amps w/PWM. I have all the tools onboard to show and test the results which are displayed clearly on the video. I believe this is the most incredible HHO CELL GENERATOR on the net for cars. If i took two units i could produce 5 liters per minute at less than 45 amps. That beats anything out there especially for it’s size. If you want one of these super hho cells that’s been exclusively modified, write me. They are made from 18 gauge 316L stainless steel. The plates are stamped to maintain integrity of the stainless steels properties. I’m glad to give you the most important details in an hho cell design that will lead the future of all car hho cell designs.

    hho is not for horsepower increase or to replace gasoline. it is stricly for helping the gas burn more efficiently. realize that 60% of your gasoline is running completely through the cycles of your engine and not being burned except after it goes through the catalytic converter to complete the burn. in other words over-riding the electronics to allow hho into the burn cycle to be more efficient without the computer reading lean oxegen output and pumping more gas into your intake than needed.

    What are you trying to accomplish? Is this a rube Goldberg space heater? Does the internal combustion engine drive your DC power source? Can you measure any horsepower decrease of the internal combustion engine when you remove the HHO gas from the carburetor snorkel?

    At 126degrees thered have to be alot of water vapour, if you want an acurate output test ,try running the gas through a secondary bubbler and aquarium stone to get rid of the water vapours.

    I looked at some EPDM rubber for roofing at Menards and some shower pan liner that appears to be about 3/64″ thick. Is the shower pan liner about the correct thickness for between the cell plates or what is the perfect gap?

    At those temps I am sure some of what you are measuring is steam. Just take the lid off a hot tub at 104 and watch the steam. Try more neutral plates and keep temps below 80degrees and re-measure. Looks great.

    I was referring to the MSDS sheet on sodium hydroxide. I only use sodium hydroxide for plate conditioning then I switch to KOH but the MSDS reveal how nasty both chemicals can be.

    Excellent work! I’m trying to make the same unit as your video shows. The only thing I’m not to clear about is that you failed to mention how many holes,size,and spacing are drilled into your internal plates to get your maximum flow rate.Great work!

    Hope this helps mate, 316L Stain-less Steel a.k.a Marine or Surgical steel is always used from reading around..

    The spacing on the 18 gauge s.steel 316L is about1/16th(1/32 gasket w/silicon on both sides). plates are scratched inside area w/diamond sandpaper and are treated w/distilled water bath/wash,then w/distilled wht vinigar wash/bath, then rinse w/distilled water.

    hydrobenman, ReisendeEuropa,your right on the bubbler situation.we need to stay riminded of the explosiveness of hho.i plan to put a small intermediary bubbler in between the line that also will have a small blow-out opening in case of hho backfire. for the prius or any other car, with the addition of hho you have to modify your o2 sensors and your map/maf sensors.smaller cars can gain big with hho.icing on cake here,don’t go overboard with o2/map/maf because you can lean your engine to much!

    Klasniedryg, two units would be cooler at running temperature although a little more room needed. it would be really cool seeing two/three of these sealed units pumping out hydro together into one output. for best hho output it would be at least 20-27 amps per unit. large trucks or semi’s would be able to handle this amperage load. these sealed cells would make a nice package under the hood.

    Hard to Get stainless in Calgary Alberta Canada though I might not be looking in the Right place….
    Calgary Metal might be a good first start…..But I would have to get it Cut and Drilled to it was 2 Anodes 1 Cathode and 2 Neutral I had good Production on Mine
