Should American Gov. System shift?

Alright so I was thinking today about the american gov. and the way we have these two major monsters (D and R) and their figure heads, and how it held up to other systems out there in the world. For example the UK how they have parties instead of one person elected to office, and how parties form coalitions if they do not receive enough votes to win. This to me seems like the ‘perfect’ system (I am not an idiot I know all systems have their kinks), so my question is-

My fellow Americans (and earth mates) do you think the current system should be dismantled? And if so, what do you think will happen?

Also the american system has changed so much from its start up, that this is possible.
Well Jeff P. My father fought (3 tours of Iraq) and I do not belive all these other countries are ‘controlled’ by their goverments. Realize that there are other options out there, and insulting me (a person that you don not even know) is enough to scare me into thinking you do not think beyond the own boundries of your own little community.

And also to the other fellow, a system like ours only works when the population is small enough to be truely represented. And last time I checked we where pushing 300 million.

Haha.. Well in my opinion you guys should..
I am from Canada – your neighbour up north :)

Anyway, I follow American politics quite a bit and I must say, with no offence.. I like my system a lot more. Also, it isn’t nice to have only two parties that exist to represent all 305 million people in the country.

This is a good question, and may be already in the mix.
The NAU and NWO have been mentioned for years, but until the election has been getting near, have they got so much attention and people arguing if it is a hoax or reality of america.
I suggest that you check out some you tube messages and use google and wikipedia for more insight.

no …. America certainly doesn’t have the BEST government system…

we simply have the best one ever used yet… i dont’ think we should change to replicate anyone else.. if you like the governments of other countries.. you should seriously consider expatriation.

i am not intending that as an insult.. but one of the strongest assets the human race has is our diversity… our differences mean that when problems arise lots of different people look at it from completely different angles… the last thing we need as a race is to be all the same.

The mear fact you would use the term, "earth mates" is enough to scare me. My grandpa and cousins didn’t fight and die so we could join the rest of the world in misery and control.
