Hey Sir JamesDDJ, I’ve owned an HF10 for almost two years now and love it. I’m currently videoing live bands, but have a passion for scenic shoots too. I love your system and it was your review of the 980 extreme at Newegg that has me seriously considering it for my next build (in the next few months). Extreme processors besides having an unlocked multi…which you already know…are usually from higher bins. Meaning, they usually can clock higher and/or run cooler. The problem is, there is no way to know which ones are individually best…but if you test 1000 of them, the Extremes should be better than others in general.
