what would your perfect school/eduaction system be?

I need everything i can get. Every detail, every morsel of information you can spare.

As a teacher, it would be not having to "teach to the tests," having a class full of students who want to try and wish to have a great education, being able to do necessary discipline without fear of being sued, and having parents who back up the teachers instead of the students when a child does something wrong. Oh, and state/national school boards that don’t try to take all the money out of education to put elsewhere so that the higher ups can still have their huge salaries. And I agree with the others about eliminating NCLB.
