  • Annihilator – Perfect Virus

Posted by admin on February 21st, 2010 and filed under a perfect system | 13 Comments »

This track is from Annihilator’s eighth studio album, Carnival Diablos.

    Lyrics:

    Creeping through the system
    spreading like a disease
    a cancer-like affliction
to bring us down to our knees

    created for the masses
    systematic crash and burn
    to pillage and to plunder
    this cyber-hungry world

    circulate, devastate,
    re-create the perfect virus

    entering the mainframe
like a rogue, killing, hunting machine
    weaving its’ web of destruction
    like nothing before ever seen

    artificial intelligence
wiping it all as it learns
    crucial data corruption
the chips are down and they burn

    I will deploy and terminate
    I will expand and annihilate
    you will scramble to vaccinate
you will find out that it’s too late

    picking up the pieces
in the aftermath of the war
    a technological genocide
    the likes never seen before

    seeking restitution
as the world comes crashing down
the creator of this Trojan horse
    has vanished, never found

Bass Test – Demanding tracks for your system [Bass Test] 2

Posted by admin on December 12th, 2009 and filed under a perfect system | 16 Comments »

Please don’t expect any responses until the end of April as I am currently on a round the world trip.

Make sure not to turn up the volume too high on this one because it gets very busy in some areas and is generally recorded at a louder level than all of my other videos.

I tried a different tone generator this time which didn’t seem to have a volume adjust control, so there is some slight clicking at the most difficult point.

    RAPIDSHARE DOWNLOAD:
I have merged both the bass tests together and uploaded the file as a sound file only, which is in .wav format. I’ve fiddled around with a couple of the sound settings and tried to level out some areas as they were considerably louder or quieter than other parts of the video. Hopefully the final version should come out in near perfect quality, but let me know if there’s any overwhelming distortion.

Both SVC (single voice coil) infinity series subwoofers were “bass – less” when we found them -. Pushin 1000 watts & Blowing woofers has never been so fun on a pdx alpine amp :D Alpine pdx-1.1000 – As for the woofers – we re-coned the subs, and re-built them to work. 2 12 inch Single Voice Coils 4 Ohm subs…. We did not use any high quality, comp products in good condition. That’s why I felt fine to blow them up to knockout flame smoking explosion :D The explosion was huge & louder than I expected. It was frying them guys !! No kidding, litterally cooking them and melting them fried. The best part was the flaming crazy flex from that paul wall track, you know, that really loud bass song, with that really good deep sounding bass line, really did the wicked cool exploding trick! – It was awesome, and it was insane that when it caught on fire the smoke & fire didn’t spread lol. They sure were smoked. No largest world record here, just a nice fun night. All time fun – all time bass Thought I’d share it.

Designed after consultation with top digital dj’s the the vcm600 is a controller specialized for mixing, which offers excellent performance to djs who mix with digital music media and computer based systems. This really is the digital dj’s dream and will afford the digital dj some much needed physical hands-on control of their favourite software. The vcm600 shares the same quality control parts used on vestax mixers, high quality input faders and pitch faders from the vci100 and pmc580 are also applied to the vcm-600 for advanced operability as well as 2 led panels which are placed on each side of the controller to illuminate the top panel for clear operability and vision in clubs. Each unit can control 160 parameters of ableton dj software and other midi compliant software with high resolution midi signals sent via usb to the computer. Thats plenty of control and the layout of the function buttons will please most digital djs. Set-up should be a breeze to with simple plug & play activation with apple and windows operating system computers. Perfect as a live dj tool and in the studio the vcm600 is set to bring a whole new level to the world of usb controllers and will certainly be a hit with ableton users.
