Sandy Nixon: Are you attempting to revive… I feel like asking this question two different ways. First I’ll ask it one way which is, in a sense, incorrect. Maybe I’ll just ask it this way and just get your answer. Are you attempting to revive in the West the awareness… Are you attempting to revive the ancient Indian caste system in the West?
Prabhupada: Where do you find we are reviving caste system? Where do you find? First of all let me know. Why you are asking this question? If you have seen that we are trying to introduce the Indian caste system, then you say. But if there is no such attempt, why you are asking this question?
Sandy Nixon: Well, because a lot of people are interested, and…
Prabhupada: No, no, lot of people, you are also one of them. So where do you find that we are trying to introduce caste system? First of all find out where is the attempt. Then you ask question. Otherwise it is irrelevant question.
Sandy Nixon: The Gita mentions the caste system.
Prabhupada: Gita, what mentions, do you know?
Sandy Nixon: The four castes and an untouchable caste.
Prabhupada: What is that? On the basis of what?
Sandy Nixon: I can’t locate it directly. But the Brahma…
Prabhupada: Brahmananda. Who has said that this is caste system? This is not caste system. Catur-varnyam maya srstam guna-karma-vibhagasah. According to quality and according to work, there are four divisions of men. Just like you can understand there are engineers and there are medical practitioners. So do you take them as caste? “Oh, he is engineer caste. He is medical caste.” Do you say like that?
Sandy Nixon: I don’t want to say what I feel because I’m recording you. (laughs)
Prabhupada: I’m asking you, I’m asking you…
Sandy Nixon: Well, I think there’s always been castes. It’s just that we don’t recognize the fact that they’re there.
Prabhupada: No, recognize means if a man is qualified medical man we accept him as medical man. And if a man is qualified engineer, we accept him as engineer. Similarly, Bhagavad-gita suggests–not suggest, it is there–there are four classes of men, the most intelligent class of men, the administrator class of men, the productive class of men and ordinary worker. That is already there. Bhagavad-gita says how they should be classified, that “He belongs to this class, he belongs to that class.” That is described in the Bhagavad-gita, not that by birth, hereditarily, one becomes a caste. You don’t try to misunderstand. The classification is already there: one class of men, very intelligent. Is he not there in the human society? Do you think all men are equally intelligent? Do you think? There must be one class, very highly intelligent class. So what are the symptoms of the intelligent class? That is described in the Bhagavad-gita. The first-class intelligent man… (break) …you find all these qualities, he is first-class man. So we are trying to introduce that, that without first-class man, the society is useless. So there are first-class men. You train up. Just like a boy is intelligent; still, he requires training in the school, college. Then he maintains his first-class brain, first-class position. So there is first-class man. Now we have to train them properly how to become controller of the mind, how to become controller of the senses, how to become truthful, how to become cleansed internally, externally, how to become full of knowledge, how to try to apply the knowledge in practical life, how to become God conscious. This training is… A first-class man can take up, just like they are taking, all these boys. They had their first-class brain, and now they are being trained up. That is required, trained up first-class men. That training is required. So we are not introducing caste system, that any rascal born in a brahmana family, he becomes a brahmana. We don’t accept that.

No longer able to hide from the Vexos, the brawlers realize they must now go on the offensive. They plan to storm the Mother Palace and directly attack the Bakugan Termination System instead of protecting the Attribute Energies. But without a working Dimensional Transport system or the coordinates to the Mother Palace, it at first seems there would be no way out for the brawlers. But Dan quickly realizes that they can find the location of the Mother Palace by convincing Spectra. The brawlers are hesistant, as Spectra will not likely be cooperative, and they have no way to contact him. Mira adds that there would be no way Keith would trust any of them. Meanwhile, the Vexos discover that someone has opened a portal to Earth from an entirely different universe. As Spectra makes his way to Earth, Dan and Drago admit how similar they are in both brawling abilities and lifestyles. When Runo interrupts the two for dinner, Dan and Drago are suddenly transported to Spectra’s ship now that the former Vexos had broken through to Earth. Once there, Dan learns that Spectra needs the Perfect Core from Drago in order to make Helios the ultimate bakugan. They strike a deal: if Spectra loses, he will take the Resistance to the Mother Palace, but if Spectra wins, Dan must willingly surrender the Perfect Core to Spectra. During the battle Spectra realizes that the only way Helios can defeat Drago is by using his own natural abilities and powerful will to survive and evolve. Eventually Spectra’s doubt in himself and his previous methods to perfect Helios leads to his defeat. Dan wins the fight and Spectra agrees to the terms of the bet. Everyone except Runo, Julie and Billy are transported to Spectra’s ship, since he states that he would only allow the brawlers and bakugan originally bestowed with the Bakugan Attribute Energies to go with him. As Gus prepares the ship for the transport, Spectra thanks Dan for enlightening him, and refers to him as ‘my friend’. Feeling humiliated after his defeat, Helios begs Spectra to make him even stronger. Spectra agrees, saying he will use the data he received on bakugan evolution from an anonymous source to bring out new abilities from inside the bakugan.

Upper Charging system for Kalashnikov Rifles

VCO RC2 Information
This video is the first preview to the world of the next generation of the online modification ViceCityOnline (VCO), Release Candidate 2 (RC2). VCO RC2 has been created FROM SCRATCH, allowing extreme optimization of systems to be worked from the ground up with improved programming standards. VCO RC2 has been optimized to run on a PC with the specs 1.3GHz processor, 256MB RAM, 128MB video RAM, and a 25GB hard drive.
This video displays the newest synchronization systems of RC2, which have been developed from the start of the RC2 project. In addition to the improved vehicle synchronization systems, you will be introduced to the brand new name tags, weapon synchronization accuracy, rocket launcher fix, and improved player synchronization. VCO RC2 has been in development for approximately 1 month, with ReGeX being the only programmer for the modification. Though this makes progress slower, the extremely active Q/C team and Project Coordinators allow room for the project to speed up. VCO RC2 is targeted to have many more development videos like this to inform the public that progress is being made, and exactly what progress has been made since the last video.

DEVELOPMENT VIDEO 1 INFORMATION
This video had parts filmed in Mex’s RC2 server, located in England, UK, and in ReGeX’s server, located in Florida, USA. During the video, you will notice that there are some BRIEF MOMENTS where the vehicle will slow down and then restore the accurate position smoothly. This is solely due to the fact that iKlipse, the filmer of this video, had an average ping of 403 to Mex’s server because he is located in Australia. Mex, of course, had a ping of 1, and at times was receiving FPS lag. ReGeX had an average ping of 247 to Mex’s server. Considering the pings, especially for iKlipse, it is quite remarkable how smooth everything turned out to be.
The significant differences between RC1’s and RC2’s synchronization is a beta synchronization pre-processor created by ReGeX called SafeSync ProtoGen™. Along with cutting down bandwith usage from 30-45 percent per player, this system also requires a lot less calculations, thus making it painless for slower processors as well as fast ones. The system additionally has improved calculations to interpolate, or estimate, positions, speeds, and other factors. In summation, you get a lot more with less CPU usage and less bandwith usage, with increased smoothness as well. Any synchronization system isn’t perfect, but with the filmer having a near-400 ping on a server to produce these results is astounding. And, of course, work will be done to further improve the synchronization systems.
RC2 will release with all of the previous features of RC1, improved, with a ton more features which will be kept confidential for now. But all that you need to do is check the two VCO sites for updates as often as possible! It is our pleasure and job to inform our public about our progress, opposed to RC1.
